Buyers Tips and Resources!

As a Technology Committee member for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Sean Brown and his team has an edge over the large majority of Las Vegas agents. Sean teaches other Realtors how to optimize their MLS account. This translates in to unparalleled knowledge about the most important tool used to locate houses and homs: the MLS.

 

One of our philosophies, one that we're surprised to discover that most agents don't follow, is to provide a list of all the houses that fit your criteria. While that sounds pretty basic, it is amazing how often we hear that an agent will only take a client to 4-5 houses.

 

While we do enjoy it when we find the perfect house on the first try, we're most interested in finding the perfect house... period. We would rather spend the extra day or two looking at 20, 30, or even 50 houses than try to push you into a house to just make it work. My personal high was showing the Bennetts 50 properties before we selected a house in the Lakes (which, by the way, was the very first house I showed them!) By doing this, we hope to satisfy you so completely that we earn follow on referrals from you.
